Excel Loading Systems engineers and manufactures swivel joints, API couplers, spring cylinders, and top and bottom loading arms designed for the safe and efficient transference of media to trucks. The sizes of arms available are 2”, 3”, 4”, and 6”. In addition, we utilize both TIG welding and MIG welding for our truck-loading arm applications. Excel Loading is ISO certified and ASME coded.

Types of Media Transferred by Loading Arms
Excel Loading Systems’ truck loading and unloading arms are used to transfer liquids for tanker trucks, isotainers and heat oil trucks. Top and bottom loading arms are used in refineries, oil & gas, food processing plants, chemical plants, petrochemical plants, mining and other general locations that require the loading of media at high volume.
